Why this matters
Every byte of customer data lives in the EU. Postgres, object storage, application traffic, transactional email — all region-pinned to Frankfurt or Ireland. No fallback to US regions in normal operation, no exceptions.
We built our own SCORM 1.2 runtime so we don’t hand your training data to a third-party vendor based outside the EU. The audit log is generated server-side, on the same Postgres instance as your assignments — not bolted on later.
